All published works (including figures, images, and graphics) are owned and copyrighted by the Journal of the Society of Laparoscopic & Robotic Surgeons. These materials are not to be reproduced in print or online without express permission from JSLS.

If you would like to request permission for material(s) published in JSLS, complete the Request for Permission Form below. Please include in your request:

Purpose for Permissions (research article, educational purposes, etc)

Location of Reproduction (in print or online, etc.)

Duration of Reproduction (if applicable)

We will be in touch with you upon receiving the form to confirm permissions. If permission is granted by JSLS, proper citation and credit is required in your reproduction. Credit must be given to the Journal of the Society of Laparoscopic & Robotic Surgeons and the Society for Laparoscopic & Robotic Surgeons.
